Organic trout fillets, boned, tied in pairs with an elastic net and filled with a Mediterranean stuffing (tomato and basil). Steam cooked, ready to use, it can also be served in small portions.
Product History:
We wanted to create an original product, using organic ingredients. The product lends itself to different uses, both as a starter and as a second course. Ready to eat and already cooked, it can also be eaten at room temperature. Alternatively, it can be reheated by placing the bag in hot water for a few minutes.
