Based on its long-standing experience, Polli has decided to look for a modern product: long-life vegetables, oil-free, light and with a naturalflavour.

The production process undergoes thorough checks, the ingredients are chosen carefully (e.g., Tropea onions IGP) and food preservation enables to preserve the natural flavour of the vegetables without using national oils. The product can be dressed to taste (extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice…).
