It is an original product which does not betray the typical characteristics of hand-made pasta from Puglia. It belongs to the “Linea Oro”, which stands our for the quality of the ingredients used and for the importance of the production process: it is obtained exclusively from the use of durum wheat and water, it is salt-free, does not contain additives or colouring agents, and its bright colour is given only by natural ingredients, it is OGM-free, selected and certified. The dough is drawn in bronze moulds, which add a rough surface to the pasta, making it tastier also thanks to the long drying process that adds a porous consistency to it.
In response to a growing need for differentiation, mostly in the foreign market, in 2009, the company has decided to extend its “Linea Oro” range with this new product, which is characterized by an attractive and shiny packaging.
LEMON TAGLIOLINA wants to bring together the taste of lemon with the typical fruit of the Mediterranean sea, which is highly appreciated abroad, in a typically home-made pasta dish, enhanced by a sophisticated packaging and elegant, bright colours: lemon yellow, an eye-catching colour that evokes the flavours of the Mediterranean, coupled with the fresh aromas of the Puglia coastline, with gold-hued edges that are redolent of the coastline of Southern Italy. The structure of the packaging, in four languages and complete with a set of recipes, enhances the company values, which target internationalisation.
