Salted anchovy fillets in vacuum-packed bags - F.lli contorno
Semi-preserve of salted anchovy fillets sold in vacuum-packed bags. The fillets are arranged in separate rows by plastic dividers. The fillets are meaty, mature, clean, skinned and boned, and have the typical aroma and flavour of anchovies marinated in salt. The anchovies are odour-free and taste very good. They have a typical brown-reddish colour. Low in salt content (= 13%) (16-17% in oil products ). Keep refrigerated +4/+8°C – Lasts 6 months.
The product targets the most demanding palates. It preserves the typical characteristics of salted anchovies just filleted. Suitable for catering and self-service requirements and for the canning industry.
The product is practical and quick to use in the kitchen, as salted anchovies are already filleted, clean and have the characteristic flavour and smell of salted anchovies just filleted. The products marketed so far are in oil and inevitably lose most of the fragrance typical of salted anchovies. The product is low in salt, because it is vacuum-packed.
