This white balsamic dressing is produced by Az. Agr. Leonardi by sampling experts who select white grape must, which is acetified in oak barrels to obtain a well-balanced sweet and sour balsamic dressing.
With its gold yellow hue, it adds a special aroma and sweet and sour flavour to your food, without altering its colours. Its very delicate acidity is beautifully combined with a slightly soft flavour that is similar to the flavour of must. Its fragrance makes it a very versatile dressing to use with starters, first and second courses andfruit.
