Product History:
This white balsamic dressing is produced by Az. Agr.Leonardi by sampling experts who select white grape must, which is acetified in oak barrels to obtain a well-balanced sweet and sour balsamic dressing.
Purpose of Innovation:
With its gold yellow hue, it adds a special aroma and sweet and sour flavourto your food, without altering its colours. Its very delicate acidity is beautifully combined with a slightly sweet flavour that is similar to the flavour of must. Its fragrance makes it a very versatile dressing, to use with starters, first and second courses and fruit.
